iPhones Now in Your Favorite Colors
That iPhone sure is a pretty piece of gadgetry. It wholly embraces that Apple minimalist aesthetic. Sleek chrome curves, glossy black finish, one button -- it's a Phillip Glass composition in cell phone form. But what if industrial minimalism isn't your bag? ColorwarePC has you covered.
ColorwarePC's business is in custom painting consumer electronics like Dell and Lenovo laptops, iPods, iMacs, Sidekicks, Xboxes, and now iPhones. For a small premium on top of the regular price -- $50 for the iPhone -- Colorware will spruce up that glossy black and chrome hand-held in any combination of several bright hues. The company will also colorize the included earbuds and dock. If you already own a boring metallic iPhone, you can just send it to ColorwarePC and have it retouched in technicolor shades for $150.
You can't ditch the shiny black front, but the amount of customization on the rest of the device makes up for it.
If just having an iPhone isn't getting you enough attention anymore, it's pretty much guaranteed that having a two-toned orange and green iPhone will.
What do you think? What colors would you pick for your iPhone?
