iSolarX Jacket Charges Your Gadgets

Gadget-related clothing has a relatively short and ugly history, but designer Ermenegildo Zegna is looking to change all that.
The company's newest piece of cyborgian clothing, the Solar JKT, allows the gadgetry in your pockets to charge while you wear it. Basically, a host of solar modules around the neoprene collar can pass energy through the jacket and into a buffer battery, or to plug directly into a connected device (like your taser or cell phone).
While we haven't found any commercial release information just yet (other than the fact that it's in the Spring/Summer 2008 collection), we expect the price tag to be of the "maybe someday when I'm rich" variety. Still, this kind of thing will be the norm in 10 years. (Assuming we don't all die of wearable-gadget-induced cancer before then.)
