should have made a slide jacket that slides up and flips back, and closes with a snap action.

It's very fast in regards to the internet and phone services. My previous phone, the Motorola Razr, ran down on batteries very quickly with far less use, and it's internet connection (through AT&T) really stank. I have kept my iPhone turned on and working for a whole day so far, and the battery is still at 75%. People who think this phone is expensive and crummy simply haven't used one. It is an immensely better phone/device than anything I have used previously, and it's more fun to use than I had ever imagined. The iPod functions are killer as well. I have hundreds of tunes on mine (Uncompressed wav files) and they sound superb.
