Dell Lappys Finally Get Color
Dell laptops have long been available in any color you like, so long as you only like silver or black. Now the company is expanding its spectrum a bit with a range of multi-color laptops aimed at consumers, rather than business users. The laptops are now available in eight colors including flamingo pink and spring green, and are available today at Dell's online store.

Online Radio's Day of Silence Begins
Online radio as we know it stands on the brink of extinction thanks to new changes in royalty payments that would all but bankrupt the decidedly low (or no) margin industry of online streaming music. The changes, set to go into effect on July 15, require online stations pay exorbitant per-song and per-user fees. To protest this, the SaveNetRadio Coalition is having a day of silence today, June 26, with thousands of online stations falling silent, giving Internet radio lovers a dire taste of what's to come.

RIAA and Hired Guns Sued
The RIAA has been very publicly and vehemently going after anyone it thinks has been sharing music illegally online. Now it's getting a taste of its own medicine. Tanya Anderson, who was sued by the RIAA and later had her case dropped, is now turning the tables on the RIAA and Safenet (a firm that investigates supposed copyright infringements) and is suing them for malicious prosecution. If Anderson wins, she's asking that the RIAA forfeit the copyrights she was accused of violating.

First Online Wii Game Released
The Wii is hot, but until now it's been lacking one incredibly important thing: online play. That changes with the release of the first Wii title featuring online multiplayer: 'Pokemon Battle Revolution.' While obviously not everyone will be a fan of the game's content, it's a promising sign for upcoming games that desperately need online competition, like 'Metroid Prime 3: Corruption.'
