Why should we find it strange that the Secretary of Defense does not use e-mail? When at every turn we see that the justice department or another organization is using old e-mail to hang someone. Let's remember that just because you delete a file it does not mean it's gone. More power to someone of his status who does not use a tool that someone can later use against him.
