Well I find such security system fascinating, from the time I did my Alevels exams, I remembered I had to use a fingeprint technology to indentify my self and then do the exam, it was funny. Later during my university life I did some research on security products I found a reputable company called M2SYS that produce Fingerprint Scanner and I even applied their company but sadly didnt get the job. Security is very important, I agree, but don't know why but having a webcam, mike, fingeprprint technology and full lock PC system is just too muchhhhh but yeah sounds almost a full proof exam center. I bet this new procedure will elminiate all forms of cheating methods but one might just feel uncomfortable that someone is just watching me too much, can make a person very nervous in a exam and cause him/her to loose their focus.
