iPhone Spotted in Public
And this show-off isn't the only one using the iPhone to passive-aggressively boast about how cool, plugged in and ahead of the curve he is. Earlier this week, Wall Street Journal tech writer Walt Mossberg was spotted flashing it under the noses of college leaders at a forum put on by The Chronicle of Higher Education. Mossberg was given a unit to play around with for review and had yet to decide if his verdict on the iPhone was going to be favorable or not. But, we think we have an inkling of which way he'll swing. As anyone who's ever read Mossberg's column certainly knows, his love for Apple borders on idolatry.

i don't know what's more pathetic; the fact that news station reporters CARE about paris hilton's demise. or the fact that people can't take the time to put down their ipod and then answer their phones! thanks, but no thanks apple!

And here I'm wondering why most people are reading this article if they don't care about the subject matter. In order to get here, you had to click on a link, right?
As for my opinion? iPhone is a nice concept but too expensive. Just as iPod was when it first came out.

Like OMG!!! Wow an Apple employee seen with an Iphone? That is so amazing. I mean come on, how powerful does an Apple employee have to be to get something that is goin to be released in a week? Like OMG everyone stop. This just in, an Apple employee seen with an Iphone. This is breaking news, aside from the tragic war in Iraq and the more complex issues in our world today.

Joe, you are a looser. Actually, you are all loosers for wasting your time belittling and article. You are the ones who chose to read it, no one forced you, brians. And you should all stop using this for advertising for yourselves.

The iPhone is more than just a gadget, its the next step in the communications revolution. Viva the resistance! Buy one and be heard! (or is that herd?)

The iPhone hasn't even come out yet and it is already obsolete. So, who cares there is already another phone being made and will be obsolete before it hits the market...let's here some real news.

i despise mac/apple. i'm 24 (target age) and i hope to never own an ipod. i value something called human interaction...sorry if i dont want to constantly be listening to my ipod, and now my iphone (really, how many music players do u need? how important is email that u cant wait 15mins to get back to the office to get it?) screw mac.
gayleJun 21st 2007 12:03AM
$600 for a phone is a complete waste of money...esp cause its probably going to break, just like the razr did at first and still does

Big Deal. The I-Phone looks interesting but I will NOT change from my cell phone carrier to an inferior carrier -- which is more expensive & doesn't have such great coverage -- just for a phone. I'll stick with my carrier until they get an updated version of one of their phones. Hopefuly Apple will sell it the I-Phone to other carriers, if not the phone will flop.
