Becoming a seller on ebay has enabled me to leave the corporate 9-5 world and spend time with my family. My wife is now able to focus all of her attention on finishing collage and we are able to vacation often and enjoy life.

As a seller I can somewhat agree that eBay can be a time hog. We spend countless hours hitting the refresh button over and over again just waiting for a new bid. Like the article said, people are selling their crap to people who want to buy their crap. I happen to have some very good like-new items and collector items that I'd love to sell but I don't know if I'd try it on EBay...my stuff isn't crap, in other words, so I wouldn't want to waste time with people trying to buy it at half the cost or less than what they are valued for. Looks like I'll keep using the local newspaper to try to sell my great items...this works quite well too by the way.

Jossy

Comments on The Web's Biggest Time Hogs

Ebay is a fantastic site to shop for NEW Merchandise.
