I just came back from Europe and watched the people's behavior overthere, also in the movies. I was
astounding how classy and well behaved they are.
Than I sat in the airport lounge waiting for my US flight, there they where,the obnoxious americans and their screaming kids and there loud mouth behavior. Frankly, I doubt the efficacy of this device, because unless the employees actually DO something, it will do no good to hit a button.
