(I still refuse to call it Reagan.) I’ve seen this ad hundreds of time and paid it no mind. Now as a proud owner of the latest Blackberry pearl world PC 8830 (that can do almost everything except clean my floors - that is, if I can ever learn to operate the technology), I finally understand that I have joined the xyz generations and a berry is no longer what my grandmother and I used to pick and deliciously eat with joy.

But whoops, I’ve got a modern problem. I put it next to my ear and my ear burns. Clearly I have to use a head set. OK, I can do that. I hold it in my hand and my hand heats up and I’ve pain in my elbow. A dud? Radiation? I check with my environmentally aware guru friends. “Yes.” They say, “Take care.” Useable but dangerous. I remember why transitioning to the modern world is so complex. Eating berries, freshly picked has no resemblance to current world complexities. Will I keep my new found supposedly useful tool? I don’t know yet. This pearl may be a blessing or fraught with danger. I’ll do more research and let you know.

Dr.D

www.FiftyandFurthermore.com

dorree
