Believe it or not, even the Zune has its imitators. Hoping to cash in on the hype Microsoft stirred up around the release of its supposed iPod killer, Oriphe Industrial Limited quietly began selling this familiar-looking MP4 player. Before it suspiciously went AWOL off of the company's Web site, the player claimed to play MPEG and AVI video, MP3, WMA and WAV music, FM radio, photos and even eBooks.

How is it that these companies in China are not prosecuted for patent infringement? China is a country of rip-off artists and should be boycotted by all people who believe it is WRONG to steal intellectual property. The Chinese are thieves that are stealing our future.
