If some of you are worried that your child will will be scarred for life, after seeing this little gadget...you have some serious issues to address. Back away from the computer, and parent your kid ! If your toddler wants to ram a pencil up the family pets behind, please contact your nearest mental health care professional ASAP ! You may have a "little" Dahmer on your hands.

At first glance this could be considered funny.
My concern is that there are too many sick people out there who might get ideas.
I think this is especially true with cats, sadly.
Considering that risk, i don't think the joke is worth it.

I agree w/rich have you ever put your dogs collar around your neck. I bet it would not feel very good. I love all animals & when i saw this i giggled and they should have more then just a cat sharpener.

I have both cats and dogs...all 3 of my cats are loving, articulate and sometimes independent...the dogs are funny...they stay in the back yard...fenced so no one else has to deal with any..um..."presents" they choose to leave..lol..2 of my cats are inside/outside..the calico is very shy...the grey tuxedo will welcome you to the neighborhood...sit on your porch with you...sleep on your lap..work on your car/truck..whatever..he has convinced 3 neighbors that cats can be welcome, loving parts of your family..and 3 neighbors that used to disdain cats..now have them..and we all look out for each others animals...i think the sharpener is funny...can they be painted to look like our cats?? that would be neat...get a grip..smile, life is too short to be crabby...pet a cat..feel the purr...it is a nice relaxing sound...very calming..especially when its in your ear as your falling asleep...

well...... iam 11 years old i love all animals i have goose and and a duck that chew me up,4 dogs two chihuahuas two collies,a gerbil,three fish,three birds,a flying squirrel,even a possum (but we had to release her) and 4 cats! i hate vick from the NFL dog killer creep!!!!!i would love to see vick eaten by one of those dogs but i know that god will get him in the end can i get a amen! i have e-mailed THE NFL and so on.
