The Best Free Stuff on the Internet: Phones

Phones
As most of us red-blooded Americans know by now, the best way to get that new cell phone you've been lusting after is usually by signing up for a new plan or extending your current one. But how to sift through the countless offers, promotions, and carriers out there? The Internet has the answer, as usual: Several websites track this kind of thing, and help you sort your way to your preferred phone on your preferred carrier for your preferred price of absolutely nothing. Check out letstalk.com, cellularchoices.net, or wirefly.com.

I have verizon now. I did a year contract with them. I am looking to find a better carrier that is cheaper. I am looking for the walkie talkie part
Does anyone know of a good reasonable carrier that can help me with my needs. I dont want to get a jitterbug for my husband.

I have been with T-Mobile for many years. I pay $30.00 + taxes a month, get 300 anytime min. & 500 weekend min. Just make my LD calls on weekends. This is affordable & works great for me.
