I didn’t have the light running for more than 15 minutes. The battery lasted approximately 6 hours before recharging. The LCD, however, had a few dead pixels - never saw this before. Tried returning for exchange and had to put up quite a fight. Anyone else seen this? <a href="http://www.batteryfast.com" rel="nofollow">http://www.batteryfast.com</a>]]></description><dc:creator><![CDATA[tang]]></dc:creator><pubDate>May 25th 2008 11:05PM</pubDate></item><item><title><![CDATA[Comments on More Battery Woes for Sony]]></title><link>http://www.switched.com/2007/04/27/sony-battery-recall-extended-to-acer/</link><guid isPermaLink="true">http://www.switched.com/2007/04/27/sony-battery-recall-extended-to-acer/</guid><description><![CDATA[Recent quality problems with various devises place Sony in the same 'Hall of Failures' that Toyota and Mercedes have found themselves in.<br><br>I have always purchased a lot of Sony products and believe in the, in general, still.<br><br>However, a Sony product I recently bought really disappointed me for it's poor ergonomic design and lack of features and the Vaio laptop I bought has been in for quality-related failures twice. Good thing I bought a pricey $400.00 extra warranty on it from the retailer, (Circuit City).<br><br>Sony Vaio p.c.'s are nice, rather pricey, but don't hold up in general and even careful use.<br>My Vaio laptop rarely leaves the house since I use it as a desktop mostly.<br><br>Hope Sony now is beginning to "see the light". Reputation is everything.]]></description><dc:creator><![CDATA[Kirk]]></dc:creator><pubDate>Nov 29th 2007 1:43PM</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
