Gaming This Weekend 4.20.07
It's getting warm and since you probably have plans to get outside, we're not going to get in the way of that. This week we're featuring all portable game titles. Grab your Gameboy, DS, PSP or cell phone and get some rays.Pokemon Pearl/Diamond
If you can find one of these two titles (they're sold out at most places), you won't be disappointed in the latest incarnation of this eternal franchise for the Nintendo DS. The two games are similar but offer different Pokemon to be found and, well, you know the saying: Gotta catch 'em all! (We apologize for that... couldn't help it.)
Prince of Persia: Rival Swords
If you you love a good action adventure and will have your PSP with you this weekend, check out the latest Prince of Persia title. The controls are intuitive and you get a nice mix of fighting, puzzles and platform gaming. It also looks pretty amazing in terms of graphics -- and that never hurts.
Ms. Pac-Man
Surely you know and love the little hungry lady hockey puck. But did you know you can now get her on your iPod? Enjoy this replica of the arcade classic wherever you go without losing all of your quarters.
Lumines Mobile
One of our favorite puzzle games ever is 'Lumines.' Originally out for the PSP, the title is now available for mobile phones. It's insanely addictive, well-designed and can be taken with you as long as you bring your cell phone (which we can't imagine you wouldn't do).
