Environement: What Can I Do? Flipping through an encyclopedia while you're on the john isn't the only way to be smart in the bathroom. After a shower, for example, reach for the Bodyflik (pictured) before toweling off. This people-squeegee removes 75 percent of the water from your body, keeping your towels dry and mildew-free for up to a week longer than usual. That translates to fewer spins in the washing machine for your towels, thus saving water.

When it comes to un-hairing yourself, disposable razors are the least environmentally-friendly method. That is, unless you've got the Razor Shaver, which re-sharpens disposable blades and makes them good for as many as 130 shaves. You won't feel like a hippie using these innovations, and because you're clean, you won't smell like one either.
