Rat on a goodfella and you get a brand new identity courtesy of the Witness Protection Program. Rat on a graffiti artist and you get...a brand new video-game console? At least that's the deal in the town of Garner, NC. Unable to capture a vandal blanketing the town with his tag, 'Ghost,' police in Garner recently announced they'd trade a new Nintendo Wii, Xbox 360 or PS3 in exchange for information leading to Ghost's capture. And that's on top of a $1,000 reward being offered by the town!

This is nearly as amusing as recent news of Mexico's Xbox-for-guns exchange program.
